The good peristaltic pump silicon rubber hose should have high purity, high wear resistance and high resistance to tear. In the production of the creeping pump hose, the wall thickness, diameter and material hardness of the hose must be strictly controlled, and a platinum vulcanization process is used. The flow rate of the peristaltic pump is greatly influenced by the peristaltic pump tube, so the requirement for the inner diameter and wall thickness of the peristaltic pump is very high, and the size error is usually five percent millimeters. So ordinary silicon tube can only be used as a general purpose. The pump pipe used for peristaltic pump needs special use peristaltic pump hose.

Select the hose steps:
1 determine the hose material suitable for the fluid to be conveyed
2 select the pump according to the required flow size and drive.
The factors that affect the performance of the hose: the hose recoverability determines the suction, the strength determines the pressure, the aperture determines the size of the flow, the wall thickness determines the efficiency of the pump and the pressure of the outlet.
Soaking test in type selection of pump tube material:
For the transportation of some liquids, especially for the delivery of special liquids such as organic solvents, a soaking test is usually required before selecting hose materials.
Test methods:
1 measure the weight and appearance of the hose.
2 dissolve the hoses in a sealed container with liquid to be transported for 48 hours.
3 remove the hose and clean the liquid on the surface of the dry hose.
4 test whether the weight, appearance and expansion, brittleness and elasticity of hose are changed.
5 if there is no change, it can be used.
Note: silica gel pipe can not be used to transport organic solvent, strong acid and strong alkali and other corrosive liquids, please call you to consult, we choose a suitable imported hose for you, the basic flow type peristaltic pump hose generally, the life of the hose will be affected by the following three aspects:
(1) the design of the material and hardness of the hose;
(2) the chemical properties and temperature of the fluid;
The use of pump head, pump speed and pressure, etc.
